In the neighborhood, he was widely known as the local "Mr. Fixit" who gave a friendly wave from his perch on the driveway wall to all who passed. Bob also enjoyed spending time with his siblings and extended family (especially when a card game was involved), he shared his passion for softball with his 3 daughters during his many years coaching teams in Scott Twp., and he found immense happiness spoiling each of his 8 grandchildren.
