Age 71, of Dormont, on Tuesday, April 5, 2011. Beloved wife of Philip F. DeFazio; loving mother of Joey, Tina, Terri, and Jackie (Mark) Gasiorowski; grandmother of Joshua, Samantha, Joey, and Noel; sister of Joseph Krasicki. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday only. Blessing Service on Friday at 9:30 a.m. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
