Ann's passion for cooking brought warmth and joy to anyone lucky enough to share a meal with her. Ann’s love for music was evident throughout her life — she was a professional singer for five years and continued to sing at family events and in her church choir. Her voice was a gift that brought people together and made every occasion more special.
Above all, Ann cherished her family. They were the center of her world, and she poured her heart into each one of them. She will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, but her love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
As per Ann’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 10 a.m. in St. Raphael the Archangel Parish—St. Margaret of Scotland Church, 310 Mansfield Ave., Pgh., PA 15220. Ann will be laid to rest with her husband in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at a later date. Burial will be private to the family. In lieu of flowers, Ann's family strongly suggests donations be made to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, www.give.pittsburghfoodbank.org. Arrangements are entrusted to BRUSCO-NAPIER FUNERAL SERVICE, LTD., 2201 Bensonia Ave., Pgh., PA 15216. To leave a memory of Ann, visit our website: www.brusco-napierfuneralhome.com
