Diane M. (Trozzi) Mazza

Age 71, of Brookline, formerly of Beechview, passed peacefully on Friday, February 11, 2022. Born on June 2,1950, to the late Alexander and Santina (Danzuso) Trozzi. Beloved wife of John C. Mazza. Loving mother of Darlene Mazza, Kelly (Rob) Linn, Nichole (Rob) Mazza-Fredley, Santina Rodgers, and Leah (Sean) Phillips. Grandmother of Brad, Breanne, Derrick, Robbie, Ryan, Marci, Bella Boo, Sammie, Logan, Nick, and McKenna. Great-grandmother of Aubrey, Mia, and Miley. Aunt of David, Becky, Leslie, Dominic, Stefanie, and Christina. Sister of Anthony (Lisa) Trozzi and the late Mary Ann Trozzi. Diane was a genuine, loving, devout Catholic woman who spent her days working to help support single mothers and their children at Angel’s Place. Warm and welcoming to all of those who had the privilege of crossing her path. She was most happy spending time with her grandchildren and her dogs. Diane could be found with a smile on her face whenever she had the opportunity to shop, knit or clean. Her ability to hold her strong convictions while being so graceful and caring will be missed by her friends and family. Friends received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday at BRUSCO-NAPIER FUNERAL SERVICE, LTD., 2201 Bensonia Ave., Pgh, PA 15216. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish—St. Catherine of Siena Church, 1810 Belasco Ave., Pgh, PA 15216. Burial will be private.
