Age 85, of Beechview, on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, passed away comfortably and peacefully at home. He was ready for God to take him home. Donald is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marian; his children Janice King, Joanne (Larry) Reilly and Jacqueline (John) Daniele; grandchildren Leon (Joy) King-Kaduck, Jeremy (Christi) King-Kaduck, Brianna Stitt, John Paul and Julianna Daniele; great-grandchildren Tyler and Kayla King; several nieces, nephews and cousins, all of whom he loved and will miss him dearly. Donald was predeceased by his parents, sister Anna Tiglio, brother-in-law Vincent (Donna still surviving) Masur and grandson Dustin King-Kaduck. Don loved his country and served in the United States Air Force. He had fond memories of growing up in the North Side. Don was an avid golfer and a member of the ISDA Amity Lodge. He retired from the Allegheny County Maintenance Department after many years of service and was a member of Teamsters Local 249. Friends received 2-8 p.m. Friday only at BRUSCO-NAPIER FUNERAL SERVICE, LTD., 2201 Bensonia Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15216. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish, St. Catherine of Siena Church. Burial to follow in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the funeral home is following CDC, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Health Department guidelines. Therefore, facial masks are required while in the building.
