Janet G. (Miner) Lamb

Age 77, of Mt. Lebanon, formerly of Beechview, passed away peacefully, in the comfort of her home, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.

Daughter of the late Stanley R. and Vida M. (Zimmerman) Miner. Beloved wife of the late Gerald O. “Jerry” Lamb. Mother of Shannon (George Krenner) Green and Jeffrey Schutz; Step-mother of Melissa (Dwight) Oskin. “Gma” of Dylan, Brady and Hailey; and Kellyn and Jamie Green. Janet is also survived by her special niece, Ruthie Glass; and devoted friends and caregivers, Nicole M. Bender and Bonnie (Leonard) Csupak and their children, Becky (Brandon) Moidel, Amber (fiancé, Daniel Miles) Csupak and their newborn baby, Dallas. Janet is preceded in death by her siblings. Janet will be greatly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Bonnie and Nicole provided Janet with companionship, unwavering, tender, unconditional love and care that brought Janet much comfort and peace. Their presence was a true blessing in Janet’s life.

Friends are invited to attend a Committal Service on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Noon, in Calvary Cemetery. Janet will be laid to rest with her late husband, Gerald O. "Jerry" Lamb.
