Joanne T. (Thomson) Rieger

Age 95, a lifelong resident of Beechview, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Charles F. Reiger; loving daughter of the late John Malcolm and Carrie (Enfield) Thomson. Joanne worked many years as a secretary for Gulf Oil until her retirement. She loved dogs and enjoyed many years training them in the Schenley Oval with her husband Chuck. Joanne will be sadly missed by her extended family, friends and neighbors. Friends received from 11 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at BRUSCO-NAPIER FUNERAL SERVICE, LTD., 2201 Bensonia Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15216. Entombment to follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
