Joseph A. Gedid

Age 71, of Beechview, on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, passed peacefully. Beloved husband of 43 years, to Christine E. (Smith) Gedid. Loving father of Kristi (Richard), Edwin, Robert (Sarah) Gedid, and Shelley Ozscuro, and Sherry Dugan. Also survived by two grandchildren. Brother of Stacey Herbst. Joe will be sadly missed by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish, St. Catherine of Siena Church. Inurnment will be private for the family. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, 1810 Belasco Ave., Pgh, PA 15216.
