Mary Pelligrini Obituary

Age 86, of Mt. Lebanon, on Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Beloved wife of Nello Pellegrini; loving mother of Charles (Janet) Pellegrini; grandmother of Evan and Laura Lida Pellegrini; sister of Frances (Franco) Tambellini D'Amico; aunt of Maria (Daniel) Santoro and Joseph (Gina) D'Amico. After 36 years of service at Barsotti's Bakery in the Southside, Mary founded F. Tambellini 7th St. Restaurant, Downtown in 1950. Friends received 7-9 p.m. Saturday, 1-9 p.m. Sunday. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Catherine of Siena Church on Monday at 9:30 a.m. Entombment in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to: St. Catherine of Siena Church, 1810 Belasco Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15216.
