Age 86, formerly of Beechview, on Monday, May 24, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Roy C. Labbett. Loving mother of Lynn (Robert) Mathews and Tracey (Kim) Slagle. Grandmother of Brian, Courtney, and Robert, Jr. Great-grandmother of Ava, Mia, and Kennedy. Sister of the late William Nieder. Elaine will be sadly missed by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
