Robert M. "Mike" Shields

Age 59, of Westwood, formerly of Beechview, on Thursday, September 22, 2011. Beloved husband of Dawn (Lewis) Shields; loving father of Ryan and Amber Shields; brother of Kenneth R. (Chris), David W. (Margaret), Mary (Scott) Leibold, Ginny (Joe) Profeta, Diane Kress, Raymond (Cheri), and the late John "Jack" (Kristie) Shields; also survived by many nieces and nephews. As per Mike's wishes, there is no visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Pamphilus Church on Monday at 11:00 a.m. Interment private. Family suggests memorials be made to Brother's Brothers Foundation, 1200 Galveston Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15233.
