Ruthann (Harman) Makranin

Age 86, formerly Beechview, on Sunday, June 4, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Michael G. Makranin. Loving mother of Andrea (John) Hoskins and Melissa Makranin. Cherished grandmother of Loren (Janelle Mirtasky) Hoskins, Mandy (Bryan) Purcell, and Holly Dotter-Hoskins. Great-grandmother of Hazel, Kelly, Lilly Belle, Samantha, and Trystan. Sister of Evelyn (Bill) Turocy and the late Grace (Harry) Jurgens and Bernadine (Tom) Garbin. Ruthann will be sadly missed by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Friends received 3-6 p.m. on Friday at BRUSCO-NAPIER FUNERAL SERVICE, LTD., 2201 Bensonia Ave., Pgh, PA 15216. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish—St. Pius X Church, 3040 Pioneer Ave., Pgh, PA 15226. Burial will be held privately.
