Age 94, of Beechview, in the comfort of her home, sadly passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Carl A. Fameli. Loving mother of Dan (Kimberly) Fameli, Diane Marcuson, and Mike Fameli. Cherished Grandmother of Jennifer (Michael) Baker, Ryan (Billie) Fameli, and Chelsea (Zach) Grabowski. Great-grandmother of Delaney Baker, Lucas Fameli, Ronnie Fameli, Harper Baker, Leo Grabowski, and Enzo Grabowski. Daughter of the late Anthony and Jenny (Cuda) Popello. Sister of the late Donald (Carol) Popello. Mae will be sadly missed by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, March 26th, from 2-8 p.m., at BRUSCO-NAPIER FUNERAL SERVICE, LTD., 2201 Bensonia Ave., Pgh, PA 15216. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 27th at 10:30 a.m., in St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish—St. Catherine of Siena Church, 1810 Belasco Ave., Pgh., PA 15216. Immediately following the Funeral Mass, Mae will be laid to rest with her late husband Carl, at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
