Thomas Francis "Tom" O'Connor

Age 72, of White Lake, Michigan, formerly of Forest Hills, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023. Tom is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Sandra O'Connor, his children Tanya (Anthony) Chapman and Mark (Jamie) O'Connor. His cherished grandchildren, Sean Chapman, Nathaniel (Elizabeth) O'Connor, Haley Barker and Joshua O'Connor. He is also survived by his sister, Colleen Coffman and brother, James (Sandy) O'Connor. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Ann (White) O'Connor.

Tom was born on March 12, 1951 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended Central Catholic High School and went on to earn a higher education at the University of Pittsburgh in 1975. He had a successful career as the National Training Manager for Ford Credit, where he wore many hats throughout his tenure. In his spare time, Tom enjoyed playing golf and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was an avid fan of the sport and followed his team faithfully. He also loved his family and anything Irish. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in White Lake, where he was a devout Catholic who loved his faith. Tom O'Connor will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.

Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 15th at 10 a.m. in St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish--St. Catherine of Siena Church, 1810 Belasco Ave., Pgh, PA 15216. Burial will be held privately. Arrangements are entrusted to BRUSCO-NAPIER FUNERAL SERVICE, LTD., 2201 Bensonia Ave., Pgh, PA 15216.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in honor of Tom to the Alzheimer's Association,  or the Waterford Senior Center--Encore Adult Daycare Program, 3621 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328.
